SALON POLICIES

SCHEDULING

​

  • All new hair replacement clients need to schedule an in-person consultation appointment prior to actual services.

  • We accept cash and credit card.

  • Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit for booking. Typically these are wig fittings, hair topper cut-ins, hair replacement appointments or full-day appointments.

  • Please bring images of your desired hairstyle to your consultation.

  • Please let us know all the services you need so we can schedule enough time.

 

SERVICES

  • New clients must order hair before we are able to book their next appointment.

  • A 50% deposit is required to place  your order for your new hair system.

  • We cannot guarantee that the distributor will have your choice in stock so it is best to place your hair order as possible.

  • Custom hair systems can take 6-12 weeks or longer to complete.

  • We do not work with hair extensions or hair purchased outside of our salon

  • All hair sales are non-refundable.

 

CANCELLATION

​

  • Please give us 48 hour advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If appointment is not canceled within 24 hours we charge a $25 fee for cutting services, $50 fee for color/chemical services and $100 fee for hair restoration, or hair extension services over $550.00 for the hair loss technicians' inconvenience.

  • Future appointments cannot be scheduled until fee is received.

 

LATENESS

​

If you are going to be late by 15 minutes or more please call the salon to let us know and to find out if we can still accommodate your services. We may need to adjust services being done, cancel or reschedule your appointment. If the appointment must be canceled due to lateness the same cancellation fees will apply.

 

SATISFICATION

​

We strive for your satisfaction and stand behind our work. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied please give us a call within 48 hours and we will make every effort to resolve your concerns to the best of our abilities as soon as possible. Daphne L Johnson Scalp & Hair Clinic does not offer refunds.
