Non-Surgical
Hair Replacements

What Is A Non-SurgicalHair Replacement?

As medical treatments for alopecia improve and develop, there are still no cures! So it should come as no surprise to see that other options are becoming more technically advanced in this area. To many people, ‘non-surgical hair replacement’ is simply a euphemism for wigs, toupees and hair pieces. But that is an out-of-date view. Non-surgical hair replacement techniques have become increasingly sophisticated in recent years. For many Women, they now offer the most appropriate solution to female-pattern baldness or aggressive hair thinning.

What is Non-Surgical Hair Replacement? If you still think that a hair system means wearing a wig, think again. Today’s techniques create a result that is far more subtle, far more comfortable, far more natural and far more easier to live with.

Today's hair systems involve applying a thin, light, transparent membrane to the scalp, which is infused with human hair. This membrane is then attached to the scalp and woven in with the existing hair, to create a very natural effect.

This approach allows the hair in the membrane to be matched perfectly with the existing hair, in terms of color, density and direction. Similarly, because the membrane is attached to the scalp using the very latest bonding materials, you can wear it with confidence; while living your best life and feeling more attractive than ever.

What does the non-surgical hair replacement treatment involve?

Most non-surgical hair replacement begins with an initial design consultation. This design consultation ensures that the product is tailored to sit naturally with your existing hair, color and style.

 NON- SURGICAL HAIR REPLACEMENT PROCESS

Step 1. Book a consultation, whether it be in person or virtual. The point of a consultation is to answer any other questions or concerns that our website doesn’t answer.

We recommend setting at least 30 minutes of uninterrupted time aside for an efficient virtual consultation.

Step 2. At the end of your consultation, you will either want to move forward with the next step or need some time to think about this decision. If you plan on moving forward we require a 50% deposit to order your system!

If you desire a custom handmade system your next step will be to schedule your head molding session. This will allow for the best fit and customization of your system.

Step 3. Schedule your appointment, we will have an idea at the time of your appointment the availability of your system, if your system is in stock we can schedule the next time that works for you, if not, due to the pandemic we are currently scheduling appointments out 8-12 weeks in advance. If you are planning travel, we recommend not booking until your system arrives. If your system comes in earlier than expected we will reach out and what date and time works!

Step 4. After your appointment, you will receive access to our care/maintenance sheet to help you with your journey! If you plan on coming to us for maintenance then we should schedule your next visit prior to leaving as we book up weeks in advance!

How long does it take to get the hair?

Given the current pandemic, a lot of the factories have been dramatically impacted and limited in what they are able to produce. We are seeing some systems take as long as 3 months to produce. This all varies based on your system type and color!

How much does it cost?

To keep things fairly simple, we break our pricing down into simple categories. HAIR SYSTEM HAIR LENGTH, NEW INSTALLATION, and MAINTENANCE!

NEW INSTALLATION!

**PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING AS STARTING PRICING.

YOUR FINAL FEE WILL BE DETERMINED

BY THE COST OF THE HAIR SYSTEM THAT'S BEST FOR YOU**

Short Hair 5-6in :  $800 for the hair system, installation and haircut.

Medium Hair 12-16in: $1,750 for the hair system, installation and haircut.

Long Hair 18-22in: $2,450 for the hair system, installation and haircut.

Re-Application cost ranges from $200-550 depending on how often you come in. Application times vary but most last between 4-6 weeks, with good home care and maintenance! It’s not uncommon for new wearers to come in every 2 weeks at the beginning as our more veteran wearers come in around 6-8 weeks!

We also offer various attachment methods. We will discuss and choose the method that is best for you and your needs!

What is the maintenance like?

Re-Application times vary depending on the method of application and person to person. Tape is typically easier for at-home installations however requires more re-applications as it only meant to hold for 10-14 days. Glue can sometimes hold for 3-4 weeks at a time. We have some clients we only see when they need new systems and do their own at-home maintenance, others come based on their needs some come every 3/4 weeks, most every 6. Your experience varies based on your expectations, what you are capable of doing at home, how often you can get in, and what you are willing to spend!
